This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application on Android or iOS.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We are committed to being transparent about the limited data that is collected automatically by the third-party services we integrate.
We do not directly collect personal data. However, the third-party services integrated into the App may automatically collect the following categories of data:

We do not sell any data. We do not link any of the above data to your identity.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID and other device data to serve personalised ads based on your interests.
On both Android and iOS, you can opt out of personalised advertising:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or opt out of ads personalisation.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track". On iOS 14.5+, the App will present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and will only use your advertising ID for personalised ads if you grant permission.
The App offers subscriptions managed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not process payments directly and do not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
We receive only a subscription status token (active/expired) to unlock premium features. This token is not linked to your personal identity in our systems.
For subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests, please use the platform's native subscription management tools:
The App displays 3D model files (STL) sourced from Thingiverse via their public API. When you browse or load a model, a request is sent to Thingiverse's servers which may log your IP address and request metadata in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We do not store or transmit any personally identifiable information to Thingiverse. All 3D models displayed in the App remain the intellectual property of their respective creators on Thingiverse and are subject to their individual licences (typically Creative Commons).
Since we do not collect personal data directly, there is no personal data held by us to delete. Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase are retained per Google's standard retention settings (up to 14 months for Analytics by default). AdMob data is retained per Google's advertising data policies.
Uninstalling the App will reset your device's advertising ID association with the App on future re-installs.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads if a child audience is detected.
If you believe a child has used the App and data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding data held about you by our third-party processors:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
